My username is derrickmason1x and on Tuesday I logged in to find out I was banned without an explanation. I dont know what I have done to get banned but I would like to what I did so it doesnt happen again.

My chaturbate stream got suspended for not age verify a person on my stream I messaged chaturbate saying I could submit there id to prove there age etc etc n never got a response its been over a week and I cant cash out any of my tokens. User jjuicyjj

Ive reached out several times and no reply back and I never did anything of the sort it said I did .. Im just a bit sad I really enjoyed chaturbate and I just would really appreciate it if my account got put back up Id promise to be more careful I never once did anything of the sort regarding animal abuse please appeal the ban ..

hi, I have been using you guys for a little while and I had some disputed charges last year because I did not recognize the charges that my husband used on the account then once we figured out what happened we reached out to see how much we needed to pay to get the disputes resolved so we paid $159 and now it is saying we owe like over $1000 if someone could please email me back thank you

I had to scavenge the web for a number and it's not even connected to chaturbate. My payment was sent to the wrong account and I have yet to receive an email from a real person checking in on my payment.

I bought tokens to send people for tips every time I go send it to somebody. It tells me unable to send tips please contact support and I just bought alot of tokens. Every time I email chaturbate they never get back to me or tell me that they dont understand what is not working

I was instructed to use this "Devil" guy to help me set up my account and now I can't get into my account and tokens were taken away and now are being made on my account.

So I was supposed to get my check on the 2 and never received it I filled out everything they wanted and still nothing I just need someone from there to call me please I'm trying to get my money please late on bill
